Rep. Joe Markosek represents the 25th Legislative House District in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. The District is located right outside the City of Pittsburgh and is considered a urban/suburban district. The 25th District lies in Allegheny and Westmoreland Counties. The following are the municipalities that consist of the 25th District:

ALLEGHENY COUNTY: North Versailles Township (Wards 3 and 6, part of division 2), Borough of Monroeville, Borough of Pitcairn, and Borough of Plum (Districts 5,7,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,20, and 21) Trafford, and Wall

WESTMORELAND COUNTY: Borough of Murrysville (East Murrysville, South Murrysville, and West Murrysville) and Trafford (Westmoreland Portion)

There are five School Districts that are either entirely or partially in the 25th District.

They are: East Allegheny County School District, Franklin Regional School District, Gateway School District, Penn-Trafford School District, Plum School District
